Professor Marcelo Farina was appointed by the Journal Plos Biology among the 2% of the main researchers in his field of study. Dr. Marcelo is a Full Professor in the Department of Biochemistry at UFSC and a Professor in the Graduate Program in Biochemistry at UFSC. He is an Affiliate Member of the Brazilian Academy of Sciences and has an H-index of 46, with more than 200 international publications and 6400 citations. Congratulations Professor Marcelo!
