Joana M. Gaspar



 Prof. Gaspar holds an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry (2006) and a doctoral degree in Cellular Biology (2011 – Recognized by UNICAMP in Medical Pathophysiology) from the University of Coimbra. She was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Center for Chronic Disease Studies (2011-2013) and at BIDMC, Harvard Medical School (2013). She was also a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Center for Research on Obesity and Comorbidities (OCRC), Universidade Estadual de Campinas, and a foreign visiting professor at PPGBQA. Currently, Dr. Gaspar is a Professor at the Department of Biochemistry at UFSC.  https://imunometabolismo.paginas.ufsc.br/
